West Brant Animal Hospital
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
Please note that we are not able to accommodate non-client pets on an emergency basis in order to better serve our own clients. We advise that you seek the services of your regular veterinarian or an emergency facility should you have an emergency, as they are familiar with you and your pets medical history.

A Veterinarian/Client/Patient Relationship (VCPR) is required for all clients in order to recieve services and obtain prescriptions. In addition, we request that you allow 24 hours for your pets refill prescription medication or food to be completed as products may need to be ordered in or tablets may need to be split. In addition, unfortunately, we are unable to return/refund any dispensed prescription medication due to federal law and liability insurance unless the product is in a sealed package. Prescription diets however are 100% guaranteed and can be returned should your pet not find the food palatable or effective.
A valid and up to date VCPR exists when all of the following conditions have been met:
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Interac and cash. Alternatively you can make pre-payments for any routine visit or surgery if requested.
Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
